couple things you can do.......
first and easyest is ofcourse using a blue filter on either the lense or on the light depending. on how the shot will go... the way you can do this is go to a theater supply or a local theater(live) and see if they can give\sell you some "gels" that they use for stage lighting. Or if you will be digitizing the film on after effects or protools or somthing you can just digitaly filter the light in blue....... i don\'t know how to do it exactly but its easy if you have the program..... good luck, i make films myself so if you have any more questions feel free to ask.
