We Bought Our First House!

I did some upgrades to my first house, then, got myself into annother one without selling, and now I rent out my first house to some good people...cha-ching!...real estate is cash money dude...

We\'re actually already discussing getting into real estate once we have enough equity on this house to obtain enough money for a down payment on a 2nd...then 3rd, etc. We have some really great [successful] contacts to help us get started when the time comes.

The garage is actually going to be our home gym.

I still don\'t know where I\'m going to display my collection and hang D-bach\'s art...I\'ll have 20 or so framed drawings to hang up.

Every rich person I hear about is into real estate in one form or another. We\'ll get there...eventually.
