I am almost afraid to see it again... The amazing impact you have the first time you see it...it just cant be topped! That was not only an amazing comic book to movie transition, but one of the most amazing films I have ever seen!*SPOILERS*I loved the conclusion of the scarecrow. Ledgers performance as the Joker was one of the most amazing crime roles I have ever seen! Though I beleive they could have made him more jokeresque with the gags and stuff, though the magic trick was one of the most hilarious amazing things they could have done in that film. And the nurse costume was very joker like, gotta love it!I dont think they can make a sequel... I dont see how you can top that... The shock and impact you feel coming out of the theater, and during the movie, and the morning after... Priceless.

It was even that much better the second time around! I picked up on things I could not due to how low the talking was and also the difference between seeing the 12:01 am Friday morning and the 10:00 am Saturday morning...trust me...completely different crowds <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tongue.gif\" /> Oh, and Steve, I really must agree with you about Bale's voice as Batman. He almost sounds like he smoked a pound of weed before tossing on his Bat garb.A buddy and myself are going to catch it AGAIN at the IMAX on Wednesday. I'll be totally blown away by it all over again.

LOLOL, I definitely have to agree w/ you guys! While I loved this flick to death... I'm still not sold on Bale as Batman. Keaton owns that title imo.Bale fits the part of Bruce Wayne well, but as Batman wow. He always drops his voice and moves his mouth all funny w/ a slight underbite. That lisp doesn't help at all either. But aside from that... Heath was awesome and Eckhart was perfect for Harvey!

I see why a lot of people don't like Bale's voice as Batman, but you have to think about it logically. It's not hard to identify a voice, especially a voice as popular as Bruce Wayne's. He has to do his voice over the top to disguise his true identity and scare his opponents.I've always hated the fact that Spiderman could speak to his friends without them noticing who he was. And don't even get me started on Superman....<img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/down.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"down.gif\" /> Glasses are such a good disguise. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"Rolleyes\" border=\"0\" alt=\"rolleyes.gif\" />

It was incredible, just incredible... I loved every moment of it, and there was nothing I didn't like about it.SPOILERSSome people didn't like Ledger's "choppiness" (which I wouldn't agree with it being choppy) in the begging of the film, when he goes up to the meeting of mob bosses. I thought ALL of his acting was incredible, and so believable, especially in this scene. The "pencil trick" was just classic. It was fucking hilarious at the same time as shocking and horrifying. I laughed at the same time as covering my mouth....Not sure what people didn't love about the bat suite.. Maybe because I've never taken note of every detail of the suites. It was real armor, and looked pretty damn cool in my book.As for Dent. A lot of people don't like how they killed him off. I thought t was perfect. The narraration at the end of the movie summed everything up, and Harvey's death was in a way symbollic. It also concluded the film greatly. Not sure what they can do next, though I know for a fact they won't be able to top this film, especially without Ledger's performance. Perhaps they have some footage of him as the Joker they could work in there, but I don't think simply saying "We arrested him and he's in jail" or "he died" or using a stunt man/impersonator for the film is going to cut it... They should end the series while they're at it, it was too good to fuck up.

I saw it twice. Both times I jumped a little when the bat-corpse hit the window. What a jarring visual. Great movie. I don't understand how it managed a PG-13 though. Maybe because there wasn't one drop of blood in the whole thing?
