Hummm, I plan on meeting Tom at an upcoming convention. From a close friend of mine, I’m told…don’t come across like a fan-boy horror movie geek and you’ll do fine. Tom cringes at the sights of people like that. Treat Tom like a normal, everyday person and he’ll talk you ear off. I’ve had 2 other friends tell me almost the exact same thing.

OH, No I was saying it was weird to have Tom do the intro. Even though in the youtube video I posted he says we are stupid if we watch any of the movies after part 1.

From what I know, the only reason why he has started doing these convention recently is because, a few years ago, someone cleaned him out. I mean, broke into his house, and took all that he had out of his safe. How much was in there, who knows. But I also heard that he was down in the dumps for quite a period of time, over all what had happened. I would be to. Is that why he acts the way he does at these functions, I have no clue. Alls I know is what I heard. For all I know, that could have been false information. I guess he told some people that though.

Savini is the biggest jerk in the industry. I'm a journalist and was linked to interview him several times, including meeting him one time. Each time we spoke he was an ass. So, it definitely isn't him being rude to just the fan boy geeks. He's an equal-opportunity asshole for sure.Next time I see him at a con, I think I'll go up and make believe I don't know who he is. You know? Like start asking questions that deflate his ego. "Do you work here?
