That is a pisser, to bad Fred is copyrighted....so you cant try to take legal action or mark all your casts with the stamp like mass-produced stuff....bummer.
Clint, an artist CAN take legal action if his product has been re-cast. Doesnt matter who holds the copywrite. Although the copywrite owner CAN come after the original artist (and the re-caster). But it is against the law to re-cast anothers work, no matter who holds the copywrite.... Did I say that twice? :blink:
ASk for pictures of his sculpture so we can laugh at him. I know he might try to get a part 1 sculpture he tried to do that he never finished and say thats the sculpture for his part 1.
Do it man, start sneaking your stamp or sig. into the sculpture somewhere it cant be noticed unless you look for it...this happens to you too much to just let it go over and over
