    Hello fellow horror maniacs!
    Cool

I want to make my part 7 costume to look wet and nasty, but I don\'t want to buy perma-wet unless I have to because it\'s kind of expensive (MonsterMakers.com has 8oz for $20 if I remember correctly).

Is there anything else I can use to make it look wet or is perma-wet pretty much the only thing that will work? Also, what can I use to make it really dirty looking? I used real mud, but when it dried it was hard to see in poor light.

    Thanks a lot, guys!

You can go with acrylics to dirty up your outfit. I\'d definitely go with Permawet on the suit though.

Wow...I just did a quick Google search for liquitex and it\'s MUCH cheaper than perma-wet. Would I just use a normal brush to apply it to my costume?

    Thanks!

I stopped by Michael\'s to pick up a few items and I got a bottle of Mod Podge gloss (only $6 per bottle) while I was there...tried it out and it is perfect! Two coats does my costume up just how I want it to look.

I\'ll post up some \'after\' pics once I get enough of it done.
