    1. with patince (sp) comes great pieces ......... in a box on your doorstep <img src=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"Tongue\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tongue.gif\" /> 2. respect is EARNED and not GIVEN . you don't get respect from making a good mask . you get it from how you deal with your customers and how you treat them . 3. you should know when NOT to shoot your mouth . and if you do it to the wrong person that doesn't deserve it , don't go crying to mommy or start bitching because you got a respose that you didn't like . tough up or shut up 4. don't ever no matter what dis someone over a project they have worked hard for as you don't know what they might think and how do you know you couldn't do it ? 5. it doesn't matter how big your collection is and whats in it as long as YOU are happy with it . doesn't matter if you have 5 or 50 masks but if you can look at it and say " i'm glad i bought this and can't wait to show people " then you made the right choice .NOTE : i'm not in any way pointing out anybody on here but just giving my thoughts on what i've learned so far out of the years i've been apart of this great hobby . if you have any of your own and would like to share , please post . mike,

I can add my two cents....1. Buy what YOU like not whats "hot"2. If you don't have anything nice to say about someones piece dont say anything at all3. Just because YOU don't like it doesn't mean someone else doesn't4. We're all here because we all share the same thing, a passion for collecting masks......different strokes for different folks5. Mask Makers- remember to COMMUNICATE with your customers. Most of us are very patient and know that mask making is done after you've finished your day job and tended to the family, but there is absolutely no reason why customers can't be given an update from time to time. Doesn't take but 30 seconds to send an email. ..........................................................................Larry

I'm with larry too, COMUNICATION is needed exspecially when your thowing some big money there way, How hard is it to say thanks got your payment, and keep you posted weekly?Ive bought a mask here on the forum no names mentioned and it is by far the worst transaction yet here. i specificly asked for the tracking # and was brushed off, 3days later he gave it to me and its not right.Satisfaction will get you more buisness and less headachs!

Exactly....no communication....no repeat business. I can guarantee that. Too many talented artists out there for me to waste time with someone who seems bothered by my business. If I've paid several hundered dollars for something I don't wanna be ignored........................................Larry
