Nice cover.I can grade it for you if you feel like scanning it. "mint" isn't possible for the book but i'm guessing around a VF maybe? hard to tell without closer pics

From just what I can tell from the blemishes on the spine and a few color breaks, this comic would grade a FINE+ to VERY FINE- 6.5 out of ten. If the blemishes are more than I can see, than it would lean more towards FINE. This is a good grade for an older comicNice attractive grade for a really cool monster style comic cover!

I used to own nearly every single amazing spiderman----1-400 and A LOT of key issues. Hulk 181, etc.

In the condition, it's worth around 5$. For a near mint book, it would be worth around 10$
