Started this today for a customer. Very early in the paint process. All it has is the primer and base coat, no detailing yet. Thought I'd snap a pic for you guys. It should be done soon.

You really have an eye for details, mate! I would love to see further pics as soon as you have updates. As you know, there are 3 different stages of distress with the hero mask. Few scratches coming from the roof falling down, others coming from the scene when the ceiling light hits his face. They filmed the movie in an non chronological way. The opening scenes were filmed at the end of production, this is why you can see the scratches during the underwater scenes already. Then in the coming scenes, the mask switches from "no scratch" to "low scratch" to "full scratch", back and forth. This "final" stage you choose to make your mask of is my favourite stage!Mario

Thanks a lot Mario! The mask is actually almost finished. I have a few more details to add, then strapping it to complete it. I used a new technique with this mask, so there are things about it I would have liked to have done different, but you can expect the next to be even better. Graci guys <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"wink.gif\" />

What in the hell possessed you to make the sides of the mask so pointy? <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tongue.gif\" /> Round those sharp corners down a lot and it'll look even better.Cheers,Ryan

The right side of the mask does point out actually....Mario could probably vouch for that.

It's like when Crash sent me pictures of mine, I was so much more shocked with those pictures of it unstrapped.See what I mean?(By the way, this is in NO way meant to interfer with your hockeymask, if you'd like I'll delete the pictures as soon as you want.)<img src=\"http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y158/JosephJNobile/CRASH/The%20New%20Blood/7d.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y158/JosephJNobile/CRASH/The%20New%20Blood/7m.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />
