Hey all, me and my girlfriend love a good scary movie just like you guys. Trouble is a lot of horror movies just aren't that scary so I am keen to see which ones are actually scary. So only post the movies that really did freak you out! lol. Here are some that scared us..... <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ermm.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":ermm:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"ermm.gif\" /> <!--sizeo:2<!--/sizeo<!--coloro:#FF0000<!--/coloro 1. 1- Pet Sematary (this film had more of an impact on me as a child than any other horror film, animals and kids coming back from the dead and slicing people up... wow)2- The Exorcist (no explanation needed... this is at the top of many scariest lists)3 - Blair Witch (this one scared me b/c I was told it was a true story and real footage before I watched it... couldn't sleep that night)4- Black Christmas 1974 (watched this film for the first time just a few years ago and it's one of the best scary flicks I've ever seen)5- It's Alive (saw this one when I was 6 years old... yea, talk about disturbing)

    1) Stephen King's IT- Scared the crap out of me when I was a kid especially the opening scenes when he is in between the sheets. Perfect example of a movie that doesn't need gore to be scary.2) Final Destination 2- Because it is a bunch of stuff that could actually happen. 3) Hostel because it actually made me gag when the girls eye ball was hanging out and gets cut off. Only movie ever to gross me out. 4)Hellraiser- When the cynobites appear for the first time it's very scary. 5)The Sixth Sense- When Mischa Bartons ghost appears to Haley Joel Osmend very scary stuff there.

honestly the only horror one that really did it for me was pet cemetary and that was only because of that freaky bitch Zelda . i'm 25 and i've been watching horror since the age of 3 and that has been the only one to creep me out . now with other types of movies then it'd have to be He-Man ( not cartoon ) and i'm sorry to say but ET . it was really only in that part when ET and Elliot are sick and then those dudes in the big white outfits take ET away . i thought they were some of the scarest things i've ever seen . mike,
