Well I would just like to hear from him either in e mail or on here. Seems funny that he says he has no internet access but just 4 days ago he logged into u tube. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/confused.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"confused.gif\" />

I ordered back in November, too. It would be nice to know if I am ever going to get the glove or if I should just kiss that money good bye.

I've been trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but now that he's not replying to inquiries anymore I've officially given up hope. I feel like such an idiot for standing up for him when people were questioning his "court date". God only knows if there was actually any truth to that story. Also, those raffles that he held right before his disappearing act are really starting to piss me off. I wonder how much money he conned everyone out of on those? Oh well, I guess I'll chalk it up to experience.

If it's one thing you learn in this hobby it's never give people the benefit of the doubt, because 9 times out of 10 they disappear.

Who won that magic "Raffle" and did they ever produce pics of the glove they received?

Hey guys,I'm not one of the people who is waiting on Ken for a glove, so perhaps I shouldn't be posting, however... I do have a number of gloves from Ken. The first one I bought, a while back, was a Dream Master, and after paying for it I didn't hear anything from Ken for over six months, despite repeated emails, and even trying to track down a phone number, etc. I had finally emotionally given up on it, and accepted that the money was gone, when Ken reappeared and sent my glove. I have done a number of transactions with him since then, and they all went very well.I have no idea what is going on with him now, but I tend to doubt that the recent sales/raffles (as well as the court date thing, as some suggest) are all just part of some scam. Given how he has delivered on gloves in the past--even in cases like my first purchase where the money easily could have been kept--it just doesn't compute. (In fact this reminds me a little of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry and Kramer claim that a Mom and Pop shoe store moved into the area and established trust for 48 years only so they could run off with a box of Jerry's sneakers...)On the other hand, I do think unfortunately there is a common habit in the glovemaking business of taking on too many orders, and poorly estimating whether or not the gloves can actually be completed, and within a reasonable timeframe (given the sheer workload, in addition to life circumstances like other jobs, family, health, etc). My personal suspicion (and only that) is that Ken may have taken on too much with this last round of orders, is not able to complete them (or not any time soon), is feeling overwhelmed and crappy about it, and doesn't want to respond to anyone with excuses/lies until he can really get things sorted out...Or I could be wrong and, since he decided to quit making gloves anyway, he said screw it and made some fast cash before checking out. I don't know. But given the history, I don't think that's a reasonable conclusion to make just yet...

Well said John P. I have two gloves from Ken and I had to wait quite a while on them, sometimes not hearing from him during the wait. But basically, I can't say anything or express anything better than what he said.

Last time Ken emailed me (probably around the time when the glove thread started on mm.net) he said that he had health problems. I assume his situation with health, family, school, etc and pressure of completing all the gloves was too overwhelming for him. I am waiting for a glove too since November from his sale like many others. I don't recall that anyone has received a glove from his November sale. We can only hope he will come back soon to finish the gloves that he owes everyone to make everything right.

I really hope that he does the right thing like some of you believe he will, but I'm not going to hold my breath. The simple fact is that it takes twenty seconds to type a reply to your customers. When will these artists realize that any update, even if it's bad, is better than no update at all? Oh well, I'm done. Good luck everyone, I'll be crossing my fingers for all of us.

I too ordered a glove in November. I have been patient, and it has really pissed me off to be ignored. You only have about 45 days to file a dispute with Paypal. I didn't bother with Paypal because I knew that I would get a "form letter" reply stating that the 45 days had expired. So I contacted the credit card that my Paypal is funded through. They asked for emails etc confirming Ken stating he was sending out the glove and then not following through with it. I sent in hard copies of the emails to my credit card. My credit card soon after receiving the proof contacted Paypal initiating a claim. Paypal filed the claim even though it was far past the deadline. I guess the credit card companies have more power to make things happen. So I have a credit card claim and a Paypal claim filed for $107 for the cost of glove and shipping. Guess I will see what happens. If Ken had just emailed me and kept it touch I would not have filed anything, but it seems that he has ran off with everyone's money. Maybe some of the rest of you can do this same thing.
