Here is the info we read online before exploring the place....
"The Packing House - Off of Packinghouse road an abandoned meat packing plant exists. Shadows can be seen trying to escape the building but will go no Farther than the entranceways. On a full moon, a gunshot can be heard and the screams of burning victims accompany it. Every other night look at the 2nd window from the right on the 3rd story to see a woman with a look of terror on her face. On the backside of the building there are extreme temperature drops."
We looked up some of the scariest places to visit in GA on the internet and The Packinghouse was in the top 10. So seeing as how I haven\'t really ventured out to explore any real haunted places I thought I\'d give this one a go. My friend Lee and I went out at around 11 pm at a full moon to check this place out. It used to be a meat packing house and supposedly burned down in the early 1900\'s with customers and workers trapped inside. Their souls are said to haunt the buidling. We heard a couple gunshots while we were outside and felt a cold cold breeze around the backside of the building and its about 70 here in GA....I got chills like no other. There is a no trespassing sign marked on the building so we had to be very cautious. While I was snapping a couple pics with my digicam a cop drove by slowly so we quickly headed to my pickup and flew off. I plan on going out there again on Halloween night and exploring the entire building... I can\'t wait!
*Note that in the last pic I took you\'ll see spots everywhere. There was no rain whatsoever and my camera lens is not dirty... they just appeared. Strange if you ask me... My friend also pointed out a couple windows where he saw ghostly faces, but that was before I resized the pics."
