Is A Cinema Secrets "whitey" Mask Officialy Licenced? Please Let Me Know

Yes, it was sold in the stores. It's officially licensed. It would be considered customized but I don't think "BIG BROTHER" would frown on it.

To the NIGHTOWL community,

This is in regards to the matter of unlicensed Halloween/"white mask" items.
With the recent situations lately pertaining to the sale of unlicensed items due to legal matters, we at NIGHTOWL must announce that the sale and trade of any unlicensed Halloween/"white mask" merchandise will no longer be allowed, this also includes independent project runs being advertised. With various sites and communities being under fire, It's just a matter of time before all communities are affected by the corporation who holds the licensing rights.
Any threads created with unlicensed items will be removed, and could result in warnings/suspensions etc.

WTB ads are also included in the new rules. Please do not post WTB ads for my3ers items that are not officially licensed.
They will be removed immediately.


Also, please do not create any threads/posts pertaining to the company that holds the legal rights, or issues that have occurred in other communities, it will only add to the situation, and bring unwanted attention to this community.

This is an unfortunate bump in the road, but one we must be wise about.

I hope to clear up some confusion. What this means is:

This is pertaining to Halloween movie/my3ers masks only, other masks etc are OK.
But, it would be best to try and keep any of the other movie characters names out of the ads period at all for now.
If the Halloween movie item/ my3ers masks are not an officially licensed product, (indie made or not) they cannot be sold or traded.

This is just the way it has to be guys.

And to answer a question that may come up again, NO, members cannot post the my3ers masks for sale or trade in your signatures, or in any way, "shape" or form. Sorry guys.

As long as it is licensed "white" mask there is no problem selling it here on NIGHTOWL..
