I have a customer, he\'s not a member here. He\'s a little upset because of the wait he has endured for 2 masks. One he ordered about 8 weeks ago and the other just over 4 weeks. I have them both ready but I have a ton of things to ship, about $300 worth.. He feels, at this point, that he may be getting \'conned\'. I just wanted to him to feel safe and secure with the order he placed with me even though it has taken longer than mentioned.
I know a few of you guys are new and have recently recieved masks from me, some are waiting and some are veteran members that have ordered multiple pieces. Sure, I get backed up on orders sometimes, just depends on how many orders come in....
Any words of comfort for him?? I\'ll point him to this thread
