Update From Justin

I know there is already a topic on this, but I decided to start a new one in case people miss the post on the other thread. If any of you mods want to move this post to that thread, feel free...

Anyway, I spoke with Justin last night as he arrived in Memphis which was around 11pm EST. He made it there safely and was most likely spending the night there after being picked up from the airport.

He wanted me to thank all of you for your help and thoughts while he gets through this and to let you know that he really appreciates it and that you guys are the best. He had a great time this past weekend and said it was a pleasure to meet all the forum members that took the time to come out and stop by the table. His home, like many others, is without power and it is uncertain when it will be fixed. It could be days, or even weeks so he asks that everyone be patient with him as he will be in very limited contact, and most likely not online at all during this time. Work on masks will also be slowed considerably, as can be imagined, but he assures that everything will resume once some sense of normalcy is established.

These are obviously extenuating circumstances so I hope you all understand the delays incurred by the hurricane. Right now the most important thing for anyone in that area is to be safe and help each other get through all of this. I\'ll probably be talking to him tonight as well as in the days to come so if any of you have any urgent messages to get to him I can relay that information. Just PM me or email me if you want. However, please understand that this is not the time to be asking \"Where is my mask?\" or \"How long do you think it will take to get here?\". I know most of you understand that, but I just wanted to clarify for those of you who don\'t.

We also can\'t forget other forum members who are in that area who may have been affected...is there anybody who has not been accounted for or heard from? I hope everyone is ok and if anyone needs help, perhaps we can all chip in as many have already done so for Justin.

glad he got to memphis ok, does tommy live down that way where the hurricane was? i pm\'d him and havnt heard back, wasnt sure if he lived down that way or not, if so hope hes doing ok

Ben, please let Justin know that I\'m hoping for the best. It\'s a shame that he has to come home with all of this, I hope everything is back to normal in no time!

I too have not heard from Tommy. I think he mentioned living on the
Gulf Coast. I hope him and other members are doing OK.

Tommy lives in Saraland, Al. if you know where that is...I\'m not sure.

They said on the news it might even take 2 months to restore power, I hope that\'s not the case but i\'m glad justin made it home ok and wish him the best.

Really glad to hear he\'s on the way back, thanks a lot for keeping us updated Ben. When ya talk to him, just make sure you tell him we are all thinking of him, and really hoping for the best, and are sending what we can to try and ease some of the massive burdon. Tell him also to keep safe, and if he\'s workin on masks when he should be shoring up the house, or spending some time with his family, I\'m gonna come down there and whoop his ass!

I just spoke with Justin about a half hour ago and he is doing well considering the circumstances. He met up with his family last night and they spent the night in Memphis. They\'re still there and may take a detour into Alabama on their way home in the next day or so. He has yet to be home, but considering he\'ll be going home to no power, etc. it\'s probably best he stays in unaffected areas for at least a little while.

He thanks everyone again for everything as it\'s helped him these last couple of days while he has been traveling. I\'ll certainly let him know that you are all thinking about him.

Has anyone heard From Tommy? Saraland is right near Mobile according to my map...close enough that I\'m sure his area was hit. I hope he and everyone else are ok....
