Need Sinister Halloween Decoration Ideas

Every year my neighbor and I build a horror theme in his front yard. So far we\'ve built a life-size guillotine, a manualy controlled cannibal clown behind a freak show door, a headhunter shack, a corpse in a open coffin that reached out for people, and quite a few other things. All of the props we\'ve buit ourselves out of wood and anything else we could find. Now we have seemed to run out of ideas. I know that we have here some of the most creative and gruesome thinkers and I need your help. We want the most gruesome, sickinig, twisted ideas you can think of on a low budget. I believe he doesn\'t want to spend more than $110.00. We already have one severed head, bones, and bunch of various limbs.
