Okay, I\'m taking a theatre makeup class as many of you know. And I\'m totally stuck as to what to do for my next assignment. THese are the specs:
    ~FANTASY MAKEUP
~3 colors with either black or white

I\'m at a total loss as to what to do. I mean I was thinking of doing a mardi gras style one based on flames. It\'d be some sort of stylistic bluish white flames around my eyes and bridge of my nose.

Or I\'d do different fabric swatches stitched to my face. Like extend my mouth area and kinda \'stitch\' it shut, then have a swatch under or \'on\' my left eye and have that stitched to my face. I\'m just having some sort of artist block... O_o

Well i use to do make-up for a theatrical company in Utah...and this one gentleme would come in every year to get his face done up and he wanted the very best paint job available to him no mater the cost...so what i did was take several diff\' make-up pencils and i turned this guy into a cat!!!!!...now i am not talkin pink nose and black whiskers...I did EVERY hair, every detail i could to bring this guys facee to life...the only thig he did not have were the contact lenses or he would have been perfect!!!!...ma i wish i would have saved the photos...he ended up paying 150-200 for the make-up job...not bad!.What i did was started with the dark colors of hair and kinda thickened it here and there..then as i continued i started adding lighter hairs layer by layer until you acheivee the depth you want....it is very possiblt to make it look 3-d on a face...it works if done with patience and creativity.

wow. THose are some amazing paint jobs! I suspect they use an airbrush?

I think I"ve chosen to do the flames, I\'m going to use some swarovski crystals to add some accent to em. I\'ll take pics and show you how I did.
