Well, I went at it a bit tonight (hard to paint with rain ALL THE TIME!) but I need alot more practice I think... Just not happy with the details...
1st one is a basic skull with some smoke to the sides and lost souls in it...
2nd one is a stretched skull. Supposed to look like it\'s pressing through the background..

i like it!! You should got the new jackson ecq instead of the hobart!!! I dont know what type of welding you do.. but i do alot of TIG welding at work.., my Hobart never would pick up the arc that great.. the Jackson ECQ auto is great and cheaper than the Speedglass model...

I do mostly Mig (boring!) but when I got the helmet almost 2 years ago the nicer ones were way too pricey for me.
I\'ve used it for some TIG on stainless and aluminum and it worked great for me. I had the sensitivity maxed though...

I\'m going to be painting a mask soon. Big Grin The STARS mask by Tyson. I picked up in trade. Can\'t wait to try it.

As for a car, I never thought about it, but I\'m so far away it wouldn\'t be possible anyway. Your car would look killer though with true fire!

well i didn\'t really have fire in mind but more of a design i saw before that i would just love to have . and depending on how far of a drive it is , i would drive the distance to get it done .

    mike,
