Hey guy's im not sure how this goe's in your household's but it is 50/50 in the cooking department over here.Anyway's it alway's seem's that my wife has to take the sissy route and make some bogus meal's on her day's to do so.It seem's to me that we eat the same crap over and over again and i think id really love to suprise this damn woman of mine with a killer new recipe to knock her sock's off and get her ass in gear to try new food.If any of you just so happen to have THAT KILLER RECIPE please post it up here and i will go to town in the kitchen to make her look foolish lol. <img src=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" />

I made a killer fried chicken!!! (saw it on some cooking show) instead of dipping the raw chicken in egg then bread crumbs as the batter, still dip the chicken in eggs but then use crushed up potato chips(whatever kind you prefer) then put that in the pan its like having chicken and chips all crammed into one its good its quick and its easy. Have some honey mustard or bbq sauce for dipping and then all you need is a vegatable.

Try marinading chicken or steak in the following:1 part tequilla1 part lemon juice1 part lime juiceadd salt, pepper, and cilantro.....I usually make this and cut it up for quesidillas.
