How To Make A Gif?

Hey guys,I've been looking all over the net but i'm not fidning a good program taht is easy to use. i wanted to make some movie GIFs. If someone could show me a program and how to use it to make an AVI clip to a GIF that would be great.Already have the AVI clip. Did anyone ever tell you that you make the stupidest posts I've ever seen? Jay man, seek out a program called Animation Studio 3. You'll get a free trial but it's simple to use and you can get what you need done.
