Hi Guys,When i started collecting masks i was told about how good CGP was so i ordered the Warlock. The same day someone told me about the st nick so i got in touch with terry again and he said he could still do me one just send him the payment and he'll do one and should get it about the same time as my Warlock. About a month later my Warlock arrvied, i was really pleased with it and still am! two weeks late the certificate came for the warlock. I waited another month and nothing arrived so i got in touch with terry and said they had been a delay so should be there soon. Waited antoher 2 months and still nothing. this went on for a few months with the same reply.. then no replys. it will be 2 years on the 20th sept i put my order in and have only got the warlock. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"Sad\" border=\"0\" alt=\"sad.gif\" />has anyone else had anything like this happen? or got any idea what i can do now?thanks everyone mike

There has been discussion over CGP for the last month. You may want to read through things here and come to a conclusion yourself.Be sure to grab a beer and some popcorn because it will take you the whole night to get through it.http://www.michael-myers.net/phpBB/viewtop...t=lambert+terry

It's a shame when crap like this happens- makes me want to go to their house and burn it down (but I would not).At least with reputable makers who can take a long time, they stay in contact with you and let you know.GRRR.I have lost so much money due to thieves that it makes my blood boil.

Speaking from experience getting ripped off on numerous occasions I would like to add my two cents. People/collectors/customers need to to stop putting these businesses on some kind of pedastal and people have to be careful who they give their hard earned money to. One thing that I stopped doing that has been a huge benefit in doing business in this hobby is stop being too friendly with certain mask makers. I am sorry but if you offer something for sale and I give you my hard earned money and you state that it takes 4-6 weeks to get an item to me that is a legally binding contract. If you have waited for 2 years (!!!!) on a mask I can almost guarantee you that it won't show up and unless it comes gold plated and diamond encrusted it won't be worth the wait either.I can't stand all this talk about stand up guy this and stand up guy that. You are not a stand up guy if you can't run your business professionally and get your products delivered to your customers in a timely manner, personal problems or not. If your life is that troubled you shouldn't run a business period. Go get your life in order first.4-6 weeks is plenty of time to finish a mask, 2 years is just taking the pi$$.The worst part about this hobby is that most of these guys know exactly that most individuals won't take legal action because of the relatively low value of the item they bought but that is ultimately our biggest problem, not doing anything.Unless you are willing to spend lots of money on legal fees I would say write the mask off and go someplace where people appreciate your business and treat you like a customer should be treated - with respect.
