Whilst viewing Ed's post about the H2 trailer I saw this in the recent news links:<a href=\"http://www.bloody-disgusting.com/news/15983\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.bloody-disgusting.com/news/15983</a>I'm not really sure why this needs a reboot but in Rodriguez's hands I suppose it has potential. I have my fingers crossed.

I've been a fan of Predator since I was a kid, and seeing it remade sucks, but that's how it is these days. This movie, much like the crappy AVP movies has potential. As long as they keep it in the jungle and keep it close to the original, you can't go wrong. Let's just hope they dont go the AVP:R route and turn it into Dawson's Creek meets AVP.

Actually yeah dude. The Hellraiser remake has been in the air for awhile. Just recently someone posted the pics of the re-imagined Pinhead. It just keeps getting pushed back.

I don't remember where, but I read awhile back that John Cena was one of the possible choices for the Dutch character. I'm 150% sure it isn't true, but I figured I'd share anyway. Haha. "YO PREDATA! YOU CAN'T SEE ME!"

Cena was one of the potential actors to play Dutch. They better not ruin this, but it has the potential to blow big time.

And I don't mind remakes, but it just seems unnecessary here. Some remakes are I guess to improve on special effects and all I guess... and $$$ of course.Pretty much how I feel about the RoboCop remake, no need for it.

Indeed. I know they are remaking Clash of the Titans which to me is a necessary remake. Not to bash Harryhausen's creations but I'd really like to see a modern version.

Clash of the Titans is a perfect example of a movie to remake. Been thinking that for awhile.
