I have owned or tried almost every silicone Freddy Krueger mask available over the past few years. They are all amazing works of art and function like they should, but they are always way too big, and I have to wear a winter hat and additional padding underneath, which distorts the shape, or moves the eye holes too much. I have been taking notes for months now how the creation process would need to be modified to make a perfect fit without loose or baggy areas. I'm looking for someone that can tackle this by early October. All the standard features would need to be there, mesh around the holes to prevent tearing, ear holes, etc. But the core it is sculpted and molded on would have to be different than any that are being used.Anyone?

The only real way to get a perfect fit for you would be to have the original sculpt made over a cast of your head mate. That way a core can be made for the mask which will give you the perfect negative fit to your head and face size.I think you need to get someone to do you a full head life cast and drop it down on to the shoulders and chest so you have plenty of space to work with and then then have it molded in silicone so you can have a resin/fibreglass core made to use for the sculpt and casting process. The only other way you are going to get a fit is by painting layers of silicone into a mask until it fit you better but I would not recomment that as it could really warp the shape of the mask and end up being useless <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/confused.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"confused.gif\" />
