(Item Not Received) Scam ! Be Verry Carefull

Warning about the( Item not received scamm)
This as happened to me recently.sold something that is worth over 500$ and received the payment with paypal as usual.
communication was good until i sent the item using canadapost with tracking number.I emailed the tracking info to the buyer when i shipped the item and always got a response from him with every emails.4 days later using the tracking info i look on canada post and the item i sent was indeed delivered stating(item delivered succesfully).
the same day i receive a paypal email stating that the customer filled a (item not received file )with is credit card compagnie.I try to contact the buyer numerous time but he never replied again to my emails!!!!!.
Now the fun beggins!! To be protected by paypal when selling item, that is worth more than 250$ someone needs to use signature on delivery and not only tracking number with proof of delivery!!!
when a buyer claim item not received to is credit card compagny they always win and chargeback paypal automaticaly.SO now that guy as the item and got is monney back from his credit card company and i have been chargebacked by paypal the full amount plus some fees !!!!I have tried again to reach the buyer numerous time without anny answer.I have officially been scammed and will use signature confirmation delivery from now on on every item i sell over the net.
be all verry carefull and google and see(item not received scamm) you will see that its a real problem right now and i got screwed myself.

I dont know if he is a member here but i hope that he read this!!!!The transaction was not made here(.Item not received) is a well knowed scamm over the net i was just not aware of it and what to do to be protected by paypal.heres what is written on 1 of the 100 page on every paypal account.
Item Not Received Additional Requirements:

• The payment must be marked “eligible” or “partially eligible” for PayPal Seller protection on the Transaction Details Page.
  
• You must have a Proof of Delivery as described below in Section 11.4.
  
• You must ship the item within 7 Days of receipt of payment. Or, if the payment is for pre-ordered or made-to-order goods, shipment is required within the timeframe specified in your item listing.
  
• 11.4 Proof of Shipment, Proof of Delivery and Signature Confirmation Requirements.
  
  "Proof of Shipment" is online or physical documentation from a shipping company that includes all of the following:
  
• The date the item is shipped.
  
• The recipient\'s address, showing at least the city/province or postal code (or international equivalent).
  

"Proof of Delivery" is online documentation from a shipping company that includes all of the following:

• The date the item is delivered.
  
• The recipient\'s address, showing at least the city/province or postal code (or international equivalent).
  
• Signature Confirmation as described below for payments of $325 CAD or more of the following foreign currency equivalents:
  

So in one word Paypal wont do Sheep to protect the seller if signature on delivery was not used with transaction worth more then 325$.
i have talked to every possible department at paypal and i am simply not covered and they just charged me back end send the payment bacl the the buyer credit card compagny.

i understand what you are trying to do and appreciate the info on paypal, i know no one reads all the fine print. i just was wondering if he was a member here or there so maybe i could contact him and try to see if i could help in anyway and if he did not answer me then ban him from both sites. thanks for the paypal info, that is something i did not know. i will always get sig confirmation on all my packages i send out from now on.
