Here\'s my latest score - My brand spankin\' new 2012 Jeep Wrangler!
It\'s been 13 years since I bought a new car, and I thought it was about time. I\'m super-thrilled about this baby. I held off buying masks for a solid year to save up.
It has the new Pentastar 3.6L engine in it, which gets somewhere between 21-25 MPG highway - which ain\'t too bad for a JEEP (which notoriously got horrid gas mileage prior to the 2012 edition and even worse before the 2007 revamp). It also boasts 285 horsepower (a 40% improvement) and 260lbs. of torque (a 10% improvement). I also got the 17" wheels which is a bump up from the standard 16, as well as the must-have accessory of Goodyear Wrangler tires. It has the leather wrapped steering, the chrome-interior parts, the Sirius satellite radio, the power-heated rear mirrors, the Sahara-standard side steps, the trailer hitch, and of course, the hard top.
I live in the home of JEEP, so I take special pride in this vehicle. Can\'t wait \'til Spring, so I can take the top off this baby!
