Comp Help!

my firewall keeps alerting me to block some file called nxhaady.exe

its a bad file, er trojan or virus, i dunno,

but nothing i run is detecting it, and i cant delete it....

HELP i want it gone!

i try to manually delete it and it says its in use...i dont know what it could be!

Trying doing a CTRL, ALT, DEL and end the program. Then do a manual delete and see if that works.
