The fright catalog sells something close, it will need customized, but it is a good starting robe.

yea but I hear they\'re made of "pleather" whatever the hell that is...

There\'s really no such thing as "pleather". There\'s certain types of vinyls (upholstery shops) that can pass as leather from a distance and it\'s much easier to work with. Parts of my Gene Simmons costume was made with the same stuff.
