I tried to find some info for you, Other than his full name is Billy Miller and his partners name is Chad Martlatt. They live outside of Detroit.
I just hate when guys try to do this garbage-It is plain and simple. You pay the maskmaker-they make the mask and send it to you. Not rocket science!! couldnt find anything that what paul already stated. If i had a city i could most likely find his address, phone number the works....
