I remember that idiot trying to offer to buy screen props from me but when the time came to pay she vanished. And of course any attorney will tell you that the auction is a binding contract and you have legal grounds to pursue it should you wish.

Something like this just happened; saw it on the news. Guy bought a vintage war plane for real cheap then the seller backed out. The buyer went to court and the judge made the seller give it to him. Just like Knewby said, it's a binding contract.

If the item was worth thousands I might have taken it further but this is too much headache. I'll just make sure people know about her. What's even more pathetic is her telling me she contacted ebay about me messaging her 6 times over that past few days and she felt harrassed...lol. She said she was contacting Trust and Safety on ebay because she was worried about the safety or her and her family...lol. Some shit how she tried to turn the tables around to make me look like I'm at fault. She really turned nasty when after being confronted on something that she did wrong. I already filed with Ebay and gave her a neg. I'm sure I'll receive a neg for nothing. Oh well, what comes around goes around.
