They only work on older tube type TVs (CRT). Won't work on Plasma or LCD. The TV flashes an image for the right eye and the left eye lens on the glasses blacks out so only the right eye can see. Then the TV flashes an image of the left eye and the right lens blacks out. It does it super fast and your brain puts it together as 3D.There's some "flicker" while watching but I actually don't even notice it anymore. It's still 100 times better than trying to watch red and blue and there's no headaches.

It's just a downright gory slasher flick.Most people who say it's crap are the ones who are stuck on the original - kind of like HalloweeN v. the remake.I still haven't seen the original MBV so I have to say the remake kicked ass for what it's worth.
