I saw it. It wasn't bad. Zombie had some different ideas on it. I didn't think the nudity or bad langauge were too much. The only thing that was excessive were devil rejects cast members. It was a different take on the idea and was fairly enjoyable.

I enjoyed the movie, but I thought the language was completely off the charts and unneccessary in the beginning. It doesn't make a movie anymore scary when you are dropping f-bombs every other second, and some of the other filth they were spewing in there. But after I got past all that, I liked it. They did a good job showing how Mikey evolved into the heartless stalker that he was. On a side note, I was amazed at how many children were at my theater on opening night with their parents. There must have been a dozen kids or more under the age of ten in there and a couple that were 4 and 5!! No wonder kids are messed up these days. <img src=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/down.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"down.gif\" />

Like I said I've personally never seen or been near any type of situation like that, so it was very odd and out of place to me on the big screen. I'm 30yrs old and never been subjected to anything remotly close to that. I'm really sorry that you have been a victum of those circumstances and my heart certainly goes out to you!!

i couldnt beleive michael killed his doctor, Sam Loomis in the very first film. and then Lauri shot him right in the head with a 357 magnum. like they wanted to end the series right there!

Well, if all goes well, they will end the series right there. Unless Rob goes back on his word and does a sequel, any follow-up to this movie just won\'t work. It will fall back to the old \"well, he really isn\'t dead\" type of contrived storyline and it\'ll end up being some watered down imitation of Zombie\'s vision. The Weinsteins apparently made a statement eluding to the fact that it might be the final movie in the series...yeah, right...

I felt sorry for Myers in the film. I had a bad childhood with all the b.s. at school and an f*d up stepfather as well, so I was sympathetic and didn't see him as a villian or evil so much as just a trouble kid and product of a broken home. I was entertained though. Yes, most horror movies do get run into the ground with sequels.

yea, i felt real sorry for him too. something i think is funny is that little mikey, Daeg, is a mormon...lol. he told me that he is currently making a movie with Will Smith! called John Handcock.
