I paid "mike" $255 on 3/16/08 for a Pumpkinhead Retribution Bust.He had it for sale in this thread:<a href=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/index.php?showtopic=25422&hl=pumpkinhead\" target=\"_blank\">http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/index.php?sh...;hl=pumpkinhead</a>He has yet to send it out and will not respond to e-mails and PM's.I filed a dispute with Paypal and the dispute was completed in my favor...but that means nothing, cause it doesn't get my money back unless he has the money in his Paypal account...which, ofcourse, he doesn't.This is totally unexcusable as this piece is a finished piece and not an item he makes or is working on.I wish to contact his local authorties and file charges against him for theft and internet fraud.I thought I had his home address, but it must have been a wrong address....imagine that.Anyone that has info on this F'n Loser and could help me out...it would be greatly appreciated.Sorry to do this like this, but I brought this up to a Mod a few weeks ago and have gotten nowhere with that.Joe
