Model Buildups?

Anyone know of a place to get models built and painted? I love building them but this one I just couldn\'t do the paintjob justice.
It\'s an X-Wing fighter from Star Wars... I have no idea about making it "dirty" I tried on a couple old models but they turned out horrible...

I never emailed the guy yet but I will. I wish I had something cool like a bust to get hm to paint though!
