    i was just wondering if i can use silicone and would it do basically the same thing that perma wet does? thanks Smile

    I recall hearing good things about clear silicone caulking.

    thanks.. yeah i was gonna get the mod pdge but i have some silicone laying around hahha nd i was wondering if i can use that instead of wasting money... how would i apply it b/c i heard the silicone drys fast. do i mix it with a lil water or?? any other advice/tips are appriciated

    i used silicone before...but the amount i had to use to get the wet look...weighed down the clothing so much it wasn\'t even funny....

    ok awsome guys just to make sure.... mix some paint thiner with the silicone and i should be fine... it will still dry but appear wet and all.. thanks Smile
