Ebay Scammer Warning!

This guy posted pics and an auction for a mask that I won...and then sent me a totally different mask that was worth 1/5th the price that I paid for the mask in the pictures.
When I complained he said tough, You agreed to my terms and that means store credit only.
So I filed an Ebay dispute yesterday. Usually it takes 2 weeks or more to get anything done. I filed yesterday and Ebay ruled in my favor this morning.
To put what he did in simple terms this is what he did.
Say you bid on an auction for a BLACK CAR on Ebay. The pics show a BLACK MUSTANG. So you bid and win. The guy then sends you a BLACK '62 PINTO!!
He thinks he did nothing wrong and was schooled today in Ebays terms of use.
This guy is selling tons of masks and knows NOTHING about them. BE VERY CAREFUL You might not get what you paid for.

Well, it seems he knows enough about'em to leave an expensive mask in the pics and ship out cheaper ones. Also, looking at the Questions the guy has answered at the bottom of that auction, he seems like a real jerk. Thanks for the heads up. Can you post pics of what he did send?

I too would like to see pics of what this Shyster actually did send. Reading the Ebay add, this guy sounds like a real clown-"jingle bells" and all that nonsense.
