    Congratulations! That\'s a gorgeous house! I never wanted a house that bad until I started selling insurance to these people that have 4 or 5 houses. It\'s ridiculous how smart of an investment real estate is (at this point in the market... hopefully we won\'t experience too big or long of a decline at any point).

    You could expect to pay an average of £500,000 ($825,000 approx) for that in this country,the UK. Be glad your American.Oh! It,s a lovely house :thumbsup: .
