I have a sheet of plastic I\'m going to use. I\'ll just trace the end of the bar that\'s on the saw onto it, then draw out a longer one, cut that out, make jaged teeth all the way around, and paint it up. Later at night no one will be able to see there\'s no blade spinning, plus I\'m making a bit of a heavy gas mixture for some extra smoke!

The bar is the piece the blade rotates around. Longer bar means langer blade.

Yep, bigger bar is just a bigger blade minus the chain. The saw mixture is 16:1, so if I doubled that it should smoke a ton. The plastic I got from a buddy, he brought it to me from his work, so not sure of the specs really. What you want though is 1/4\" -1/2\" pvc plastic commonly called \'puck board\' you should be able to get some scraps pretty cheap from any plastic supplier around you, just phone them and say how much you need. (might be a good idea not to tell them what it\'s for though LOL!)
You got it Krypt Keeper! Next time I do some pictures I\'ll slap that on for ya!

Bar\'s are fairly expensive, and if you\'re not going to be using it for cutting, it is a waste, plus I doubt they make one that big to fit on a smaller saw like this. Plus, I can really make it look mean,I plan on cutting some real nasty teeth into the plastic, so it looks like it has a chain on it. If you do want to buy a bigger bar, I\'d suggest going somewhere like a used tool store, or a surplus seller. Make sure it\'ll fit your saw though.
