Does anyone know if they made a repro of this Chewie mug? This particular one is vintage and I don't really want to pay how much people want for it on ebay so I was wondering if anyone knew if they made a repro possibly or if anyone has it and it willing to let it go, please PM me. Thanks!<img src=\"http://i20.ebayimg.com/07/i/000/ec/e0/4aec_1.JPG\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />

Not a recast, no. But it is considered a possible knock-off, depending on who you ask.The glazed tankard in the eBay ad is actually larger than the original Rumph tankard, although the details are almost identical overall. The original - non-glazed - tankard goes for about $30 USD on eBay. I have shopped for one for years.Good luck

Thanks for the info guys. I just think that mug is awesome. It'd make me happy everyday to drink out of that thing haha that's why I don't want an original. So if I get that other cheaper one, would you say it'd be pretty easy to repaint it to match the original? Any tips on that?
