That looks like a David Miller creations piece. I don't think he makes the full bust anymore just the mask version. He usually has at least one always listed on ebay. Here is a link to his auction.If i'm wrong someone please correct me. Yeah, that's the DMC Bust. At first I thought it was GOH, I couldn't remember if they did a part 4 or not.
