Bob's situation is interesting, because there are a lot of people who have had nothing but smooth transactions with him, while there are others who have been completely ripped off... I had to wait about year for my mask a couple years ago when I ordered a Skinner from him.. In the end it was worth the money, but was it worth the stress it caused? He was so difficult to communicate with, and it would have been so easy to just send me the mask that had been sitting there finished for a long time. Bob is a great artist, but I dont trust him enough to ever order from him again. His service is so hit or miss that I just rather play it safe. It is crazy how some people have been so scammed and others not, and his business just rolls on smooth as ever...
