Great Blog Tommy! Made me laugh. Rings true everything you say. It should not take longer than a couple of weeks to recieve a newly made mask. I think there are two things we can do as collectors of this hobby to put an end to horrible long wait times. Firstly, as others have mentioned, pay half the money first and the other half when the mask is being sent out. And secondly perhaps file a pay pal claim within the 40 days of payment if you have recieved no product. We should all research who is good to do business with and who is not to cover ourselves and have peace of mind.

this is the best blog i have ever read in my lifetime.everything you said is dead on.its cool that you had the balls to say it. i have had good luck with most of my orders,but some people just like to kiss your butt until they get paid then they dont care how long it takes til you get your mask.

We've all been there Tommy.Communication is soooooo important. There's been a number of times when I've ordered from a couple different hockey mask painters and they gave me a time range and once it got a month or two past that time, I'd email for an update and get no response. Yet you're right, in the beginning, they're great with chit chattin.If my purchase is gonna be delayed, just keep in touch with updates! So easy and it would make me as the buyer feel at ease.
