Crazy you posted this, me and Travsall were just discussing this mask. Do you need to know who made it or who the character is? The Character is Sweet Tooth, a serial killer clown from the video game TWISTED METAL. That mask in particular I THINK was made by Chris at Twisted Toybox, with the eye cut out. The Mask is supposed to have an X over one of the eyes. If it was made by him, he no longer makes them.
