I bought this at Spirit recently as I liked the shape to possibly use with an upcoming costume. Of course the paint job was kinda crappy, and the black on the blade looked too fake and the blue handle etc. So I did a custom paint up, which was my first time painting a plastic axe and it turned out fantastic and will match my upcoming costume well. I was going to take the spiked end off but I think it makes the axe look even more sinister, and would be something my upcoming character would probably make. First two pics are before pics. I also made a lot of cuts and indentations to add some depth and shadowing etc.
