    Hey, how did they make the Joker smile all the time? I would think they would have to put something in Nicholson\'s cheeks, but I don\'t know... I know how they did the white, with the hints of blue, and the red lips, and the green hair, but how did they make him smile all the time??? Take care!!!

    Inside the mouth, or outside? His cheeks don\'t look abnormally large... I suppose inside the mouth would probably deter speech, a little...

    They used foam latex on the outside of his mouth i believe.

    I read an article about it and it was six individual foam latex pieces, 3 for each side of his face.
