Hey guys..
I\'m thinking about foam filling some of my masks, but I don\'t know which product to use or how exactly to do it. I heard that it\'s not that hard to do it yourself and I know that some of you have done it, so please if any of you could point me in the right direction of how to do it, what the best foam filling is, and where I could get it, that would be great. Also, I need to know how much foam filling per mask becasue if i do it wrong, i know that it\'ll expand and i don\'t want it to go all over the place. Thanks in advance for your help.

Don\'t do it...The fumes are very dangerous and you can\'t even smell them. Also, you should be fairly experienced in FX and similar materials before you do something like this. You\'ll just end up ruining some masks. If you still want to give it a go just be careful and use common sense .....test out the foam to see how it expands. It\'s definitely not as easy as it sounds. Foam can collapse on itself if you do it wrong

Basically Dan told ya right, don\'t do it yourself. It can be REAL dangerous, and it can go REAL wrong. Your best bet would be to contact The Mask Doc and have him do it for you. If you really are eager to try it yourself, drop him an email and see if he\'ll give you the info ya need. What I know about it, it\'s a 2 part liquid formula you pour together, mix, then pour into the mask. Go to fast and it\'ll expand too much and ruin the mask, go to slow and it won\'t work either. Too much and it\'ll come shooting out of the neck and pour all over the outside mask, ruining it, too little and you\'ll have empty space in the neck, pretty much defeating the purpose.
