look into the 109th congress and you should find something talking about weather manipulation put into place i think in 2001. also look into something called HAARP. HAARP has been causing a lot of bad weather lately by sending out electromagnetic waves through different frequencies.

Don\'t worry............it will get worse. The number of hurricanes has been rising since 2000, so don\'t expect the peak to be 21......more like 30.........the same goes for the bad thunderstorms and earthquakes (ol\' Yellowstone and Mt. Rainier should be erupting in 15 years or so.)
