Your sideshow figure box has to be wrong. New Line doesn\'t own the rights to friday the 13th or any characters except Jason. Thats why we havnt seen some kind of box set, and thats why paramount?*im pretty sure. if not paramount its not new line for sure* is realeasing the first 8 F13ths in that uncut type boxset.

New line owns the name "Friday the 13th". Any mechandise after 2003 will state copyright New Line Cinema. I have a Friday the 13th (Part 1) reproduction poster and it even has the New Line copyright on the bottom edge, outside of the original poster image.

The Jason Voorhees NECA Head Knocker may be in the Goes To Hell style, but the box shows both the name "Friday The 13th" and even the image from the original poster. If you look at the lower back of the box, it says "Jason TM Voorhees and Friday the 13th and all related characters, names, and indicia are trademarks and © 2002 New Line Cinema Corp. All rights reserved. S02", then the New Line Cinema logo is underneath it, right next to an America Online logo.

Does anybody really know who owns what? hehe :lol:

as long as its a jason movie who really cares about who ownes it all i care about is being able to get all dressed up in one of my jason costumes having everybody stare at you and watch jason kick ass, i wore a jason costume to f vs j and some kid in a freddy outfit pushed me after the movie and i ended up kickin his ass
jason always wins!! by kid i mean about my age (14)
