I hear ya on that. I went to my home town hobby-shop bugging the hell outta the owner to get the first Michael Myers 2001... or 2002... or 2000... I don\'t remember the year, and I did get the first one they got at that store, and all the others that year looked a shade and a shake worse. I think I\'ll do the same thing to that store with the Bubba mask. I know exactly what you mean about the paint job, and it is true, oh so true...

    Bad times...

Jon is one of the most talented artist that I have seen but personally I think Rubies is going to kill this mask, I mean look at the hair in the promo shot even  it is aweful & yes the paintjob probably will not be nearly as good as the photo. Jon did an amazing job sculpting this as he does with every piece but mass produced masks just are not as good & if Jon would have kept this & not sold it to rubies he would have made this incredible even though I have never spoke to Jon, I am a huge fan of his work.

See.... That\'s what I mean... I may rip the hair off of mine, re-hair it, and re-paint it... I\'ll prolly cut the mouth out of mine, too, but that\'s just personal preference.

    Well said Mask Murderers.

I think most people will do the same.... I have a feeling there will much work for someone willing to do repaints on these. Its an amazing piece. Only the paint will suck.
