You never receive an e-mail from the seller.

A week goes by and no e-mail....

...no item either.

I\'d give it two weeks from the end of auction and/or payment. That pretty much eliminates the postal service ( or what ever the method of shipping was ) Good luck, hope you get what you won.

I\'d give him another week at most. If you don\'t file with Paypal within I believe 30 days you are SOL......................Larry

Thanks...I hate giving him more time...cuz I just got a gut feeling I was taken. Who doens\'t resposnd to frickin e-mails these days?

I like the excuse people always eventually give about not receiving emails, especially after they know they\'re caught.

"Sorry, my spamblocker must have blocked all of your emails."

BS, then get you a different account or enable all email to pass through.

i found that on ebay recently there are much people have get it scammed :down:

I\'ve had sellers never write me at all and then all of the sudden my item comes in the mail. I would give him another week because some times you never know if the maybe persons computer could be down or the person could be in the hospital or something. If a weeks gone by and still nothing you can get his contact information through ebay and and call him. If his contact info is wrong then file a file a complaint through pay pal and report it to ebay. Also some times an email saying that you are going to file a complaint through ebay and pay pal will almost always get you a quick reply back. Hopefully you didn\'t get screwed.
