He made it for an independent movie. I don't know the name of the movie, but he sells them from time to time on ebay. Jwarren over at HMA has the original used in the film. If anyone wants one Pm me and I will give you his email address. I dont know how much he is selling them for now, but Im sure its a great price for that mask.
